You can use ac safely in such a hot summer
Keep AC tempt between 26-30 degree
It will help

Yes you can use AC there is no problem with that the temperature should be around 24 to 25° and vomiting is very normal in this age this is common due to stomach reflux so do not worry about this much just feed your child on demand that’s going to be helpful
