ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and she is having a vomitng since last two days then you have to burp her properly after every feeding and give her 3 ml syrup domstal before feeding

Emset One ML you can give to the child as of now it still if the vomiting does not to come in control then you will have to get a check with your doctor because right now the medicine that I’m suggesting is going to hell but if the vomiting still continues that way it is going to denote some bigger issue
