mere bete ko fever ni reh ra but usko body kabhi sir garam rehta hai check Karne pe normal Tempe re ra Kabhi 99 fir 97,98,96 aise reh ra Usk hair fall v ho ra kya koi problem hai ?? please help me

A. 97/98 is not a temperature to be considered as fever and sometimes the skin can feel hot because of the room temperature physical activity of the baby or over clothing
