yes its obove 99.5 degree I checked it
but paracetamol is not working
and I haven't seen any other symptoms like cough cold nothing else.is it infection?

nothing like that Kahin Kahin Ho Raha Hai you need to measure the temperature of body using a thermometer and if it is above 99.5 degree fahrenheit you can give Paracetamol drops
