Mere bete ko 5 din se cold nd cough hai.Paracetamol dene ke baad jayada relief nhi hai.Please dr koi medicine bataiye.Bete ki age 1 year 8 month hai

Paracetamol is for fever precisely you have to give specific medicines for cold and issues to your child please consult your paediatrician they’ll be able to help you with proper medication to follow and for how many days you need to give according to the age they can help you with the correct dosage as well
