mere bache ko motion proper nai ho Raha hai 2 to 3 days se problem ho Rahi hai motion or khana bhi nai khata hai

if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cedreals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineappxle banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation
