mere bache ko Gal me sujan ho gya hai or usko bohot dard bhi ho rha hai..or bhukhar bhi aa rha hai to kya krna chahiye batana khaskar gal k liye kya kre pls π

Mumps is one issue where you can commonly see swelling around the cheek area in both the sides of the face so I hope it is not that also youβre saying fever is coming so kindly get it checked with your doctor the paediatrician would be able to tell you clearly what is the issue and as of now for fever I can suggest you to give paracetamol but consultation your doctor is very important
