mere bache ki daad( last wale teeth) aa rhi hai .. jiske wajah se uske gums mein swelling aa gyi hai...he is not eating properly..what should I do to relief his pain..can I give calcarea to him

its common sign among kids when permanent molar teeth starts to erupt.
make your kid rinse mouth with luke warm saline water 3-4 times a day.
if pain persists then give analgesic
