mere bachche ko 101 fever hai ...medicine diye hue 1 hour ho gya par abhi tak kam nahi hua hai fever ....plz suggest mujhe kya karna chahiye.

A. hello parent your kid is 8 months old suffering with fever you need to give oral paracetamol drops along with tepid sponging with wet cloth and make sure the temperature goes below hundred degree fahrenheit, give plenty of oral fluids like ors etc
