mere bacche ko doctor ne multivitamin ki medicine or vitamin d ki di thi but mera baccha multivitamin ki medicine lene k baad vomit kar deta hai but vitamin b uske liye jaruri hai me kya karu

A. kyunki multivitamin test Shayad theek nahin hogi isliye baby vomit kar sakta hai aap usko dudh mein Mila kar de sakte hain yah thoda Pani e garam karke Thanda karke usse bhi de sakte hain
