Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is infection which needs to be treated appropriate medicines It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby

Sporolac Twice a day apart from that also you can give banana and curd to your child you absolutely have to stop giving milk to the child as of now because it is going to increase so try doing these things also going to advise you to give curd rice because that is going to work like a probiotic
