mere baby ko constipation ho gya hai.... 3-4 months ho gye hai... dwai bhi pila rhi hu but... koi asr nhi hai... koi problem toh nhi?? age. 2 yrs 9 months

Constipation is actually a problem and it’s common with kids and adults also these days due to lack of water so try to include more of liquids and fibres into the diet of your child apart from that also I do recommend you that you start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water and apply some castor oil in and around the navel before sleeping
