It looks to be normal nothing to to worry about this but still for a confirmation you can take guidance with your your doctor regarding the the doubts and it's always good to clear the things properly give exclusive breastfeeding and proper burping afterr every feed

Himalaya bonnisan This is the medicine that you can give to your child 3 to 4 times in a day only when needed the dosage is going to be 0.5 ML one time and this is the best medicine for colic pain once you give this your child will settle down well enough and will sleep peaceful
