mere baby ko 2 week pahly viral fever hua tha tb mera beta sahi se khana kha raha tha bety ki age 10 month poori ho gye h ab mera beta poori trah thik h but khana nhi khana chahta plz bataye m usko mn se kasy khilau

A. give zincovit syrup to the baby for appetite stimulation vfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. viral fever tha baby ko food interest nhi hai.. try developing the fooding interest give some favourite small serves.. you can give vegetables soup.. start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatrician
