RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. It’s okay sometimes the symptoms can be seen early but it can easily take about 3 to 5 months or maybe six months sometimes for the first teeth to show so I don’t see any problem in that this is completely normal not worry about it
