Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. HEAD INJURY -It is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger science lifke severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting fabnormal movements lethargy
Kindly meet yourr doctor immediately for examination. For pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head

Ye bump apne aap theek ho jayega.. Give warm compress on the forehead 3-4 times in a day. It will be fine. If there is no pain then no need to worry. Take care
