I think maybe your child wants to speak but unable to speak so could be a little irritated because of that because when kids are not able to express properly sometimes we do this kind of a behaviour so if you want to understand more and if the child’s behaviour does not change then you can you check with a child psychologist they will actually monitor the behaviour and can tell you why your child is behaving like this and how can you deal with itWrite Your Answer Here
