mere baby 10 month ka h use prso raat se fever h doctor ko dikha diya h unhone dwai to de di h pr ye nhi btaya ki baby ko khane me kya chije du. ap btaiye ki me apne baby ko kya khana khilau

A. hi please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection. offer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child. don't force feed or overfeed your child. keep your child well hydrated Maintain good hygiene
