many times it may be associated withz either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children.
it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oralz thrush.

Your child is only three months so till that time we are not very certain about what kind of blisters are there into the mouth of the child we cannot give you correct assistance on that yet if you want you can apply Dologel twice or twice in a day which is what is going to be beneficial if you are sure that they are blister
