Hi mom Make meal Time fun with toys and story telling Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding
