mera son thoda dulness hai aur oh neend me coughing hoti hai aur active nahi kya huva ki samaj me arah aur thoda fevier hai

Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cfrause like GERD so it needs proper vafluation before giving any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulting your doctor.
