mera son ko 1year hua hai and usko do din se syam ko aur raat ko fever aata hai aur morning ko thik hojata hai so what's the solution of it...

A. agar aapke 1 sal ke baby ko Keval Raat ke time nahin bukhar aata hai to iske liye baby ko test karna padega aur blood test bhi karna padega . .
