mera muhh or jibh kaafi dry dry si ho rhi h 4,5 dino se mene ek baar makey ki roti khaai thi tb se ye problem ho rhi h ky ussey hai ya kis kaarn ho rhi h dry dry?

It can be because of allergy of any food item and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You should add more water in your regular diet plan and take at least 4 L water in a day. Take more watery is the fruits. still doesn’t get relief then consult with your doctor about it.
