Check other milestones, cognitive skills, fine and gross motor skills like baby responding to sounds, commands,his name, calling and asking his needs, giving direct eye contact, mingling with same age kids, holding toys, things with fingers , having feed in all textures semi solid, solids, finger foods, speaking atleast 50-80 words recognising colours animals,toys,names then don't worry....
If you observe any delay in above milestones like not responding to commands, no direct eye contact, can't hold things or repeatedly moving head, hands, cranky,not conveying his needs but only showing and cranky then need assessment with developmental pediatrician or child psychiatrist.
