mera beta gir gaya tha usko sar pe chot aayi thi par blood nahi aaya tha thodi der baad use ulti aayi thi ab bataye me kya karu kon se test karway

Just keep a watch for 24 hours if baby is having normal feeding and normal physical activities as regular before, then nothing to worry about if in case you observe something different or if baby is feeling very sleepy then you can consult with your pediatrician If vomiting occurs again you should immediately visit your doctor
