Mera beta 7 years k h na to vo milk Peeta h aur na hi curd khata h aur bahut weak ho raha h to muje usse kya diet m Dena chaiye.

A. hi. do guve him other dairy foods like cheese ,paneer, butter, add ghee in food. you can add good protien poder in his milk to flavore it. ok
