Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. still if speech is not there it need proper assessment here for proper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done to find out the exact cause so it would be better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properly and than will guide you accordingly regarding this
