A. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.z if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain.z if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

A. It is a growth pain which is very common with kids to take someone mustard oil and massage the legs of your child twice a day morning and in the night before your child goes to sleep this is going to help and start with multivitamin and calcium supplements as well
