mera beta 12 din ka hai aur dr ne use jaundice bataya hai mai use breastfeed kara rahi hu.mai apni diet me kya kha sakti hu jisse mere bete ka jaundice bilkul theek ho jaye

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. See regarding this your diet can’t do much just wear less yellow clothes and rest keep the baby either in phototherapy or exposure direct sunlight on daily basis and keep feeding the baby well take care

no your diet can not that much help in this
but yes better to take easily digestible food items more
avoid extreme spicy and sugary food items
mam,to cure jaundice, please feed your child on demand
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is natural phototherapy to cure this
