Mera baccha kl se loose motion or vomiting kr raha h , fever bhi h , doctor ke medicine se koi asar nhi h kya kru ? doctor ne diahhrea bola h

Lose motions can be associated for food poisoning stomach infection and teething since vomiting and lose motions both are happening I believe it could be associated with stomach infection so if needed you can get a stool test done for proper treatment to follow
