Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper doseConsult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation..lroper medications re. in uti
