Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posszeting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please seeo that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.
shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom
This is quite normal and some babies do this. But still you should lift your baby’s neck upward side while feeding your baby. This is the best position to feed baby properly. Like this baby will take all the milk inside in one take and will not carry in mouth long time
Happy parenting
