Loose motion are most of the time infective wheret it is hassociated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina Can be given to the child along with that you should focus on giving no milk to the child at all because milk and diarrhoea or enemy so you should not be giving it a focus more on giving banana and curd and curd rice to the child that’s going to be helpful and consult your doctor as well please
