Mera baby 7 month k agr mujhe milk aur biscuit dena h to kon sa milk de skti hu full cream toned or cow milk ?

A. Usually packet milk or any animal milk is advisable only after one year of age. For now you can give either breast milk or formula with your doctor's consent. Also avoid giving biscuits it can constipate the baby. Instead give healthy vegetables and fruits.
