What is your baby turned six months old then you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit’s puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
