A. Hello mom Putting finger in mouth or biting is not a sign of teething . Babies do this and this is totally normal. If baby is biting hard then you can use nipple shields to cover your nipples from babies bites. And can feed your baby by using it. Or you can also use breast pump to express your breast milk.
