mera baby 4 months 16 days old hai uski height 60 cm hai and head circumference 43 hai is it normal?

A. yes it is normal for the baby . should give only mother me to baby till baby age is 6 month of age. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
