mera baby 4 month old hai uski tongue par peeche side jaha white spots hote hai milk k waise black spots hai kya reason ho sakta hai uski black tongue ka kaafi din se wo hai nahi ja raha hai

A. maybe a fungal infection this pattern can be seen due to fungal infection in the oral cavity of the child. many times it may be associated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children. it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush. meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment
