instead of giving any commercial food products ,I suggest you to opt for natural as it is safe and hygienic way.
so,for healthy weight gain,offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
give massage to your child daily
