mera baby 3 month old hai or use fever hua tha par use ab thodi thodi khansi aa rhi hai please koi bta sakta hai ki kya medicine deni chiye

please don't self medicate your child
it can be harmful.
visit your pediatrician for once.
breastfeed your child as per his or her needs
roast ajwain seeds,make potli of it ,place that potli near your child head while sleeping.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
