Mera baby 13 months 24 days old hai last month teething ki wajha sa bby ki but fever tha bby ko kab tak teething ki wajha sa fvr rehta hai buz aaj v bby pechla teeth Nikal rha hai and but cranky hogya hai.... hot v but rehta hai but jab bby Ka front teeth aia 7 month Mai tab fvr nhi hua tha....

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if againee required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

24 to 48 hours tak fever rehta Hai. Aur baby khana bhi bhot Kam khata Hai.
Use baad baby normal hona start ho jata Hai.
