Mera 3 saal ka hai usko 2.3 dino ulti or loose motion ho rkha.hai doctor ko dikhya to bataya ki over eating se ho gya doctor ne usko dairy products ke liye mana kiya abhi tal wo proper tik nhi huaa please suggest me

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be baxcterial icnfection which needs antibiotics treatment
