well after three to four hrs is ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a  pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

उसे उसकी आवश्कता के अनुसार स्तनपान कराएं।

सामान्यतः शिशु प्रति तीन चार घंटा एकबार स्तनपान करता है किन्तु यह कोई नियम नहीं है

शिशु अपनी इच्छा अनुसार उसकी मांग करता है
