meei beti din may 4times khana kahte hai.breast feed morning may ,breakfast may ragi,lunch may khechdi,aur dinner may daliya, dena thik hai ya nehi.kitni ml khana 1time may bacha khana chahiye.i mean food quantities kitni hona chahiye?

give as per babies demands
avoid packaged and extra ghee or butter prprefer home made meals
