Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructicons given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigaction is needed or not

Take a good care of your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
