Me and my husband are working and generally return by 7-8;30pm at night and leave by 8:30am. my son comes from school at 1pm and stays with his grandparents and nanny at our place. the only problem is he doesn't listen to what his grandparents and nanny say when we are not at home.he plays n shouts, keeps hitting nanny in a playful manner n sometimes spits at her. he doesn't study during that time even after multiple requests n instruction from them. he agrees n promises not to repeat the same when we talk to him.mostly after one day, he again starts the same . how do I correct him as talking n making him understand only works while we are present at home.
