ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. all complex carbohydrates. like rice n potato. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Now your baby is seven months old so you can add many things in babies regular diet plan. You should start giving cereals, Chapati, oats, ragi, egg, vegetables, fruits, rise. You should add all these things in babies regular diet plan and you can also start giving banana shake every morning it will help in increasing babies weight
