#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hello Doc, I am breastfeeding mom of 8 months old. I catch cold frequently due to weather change. Nose block , sinus headache followed by throat infection. I always have to take antibiotics. please suggest some medicines to increase my immunity.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should get yourself checked by ENT specialist to rule out any other problem like DNS because the whichh is it problem happened recurrentlyand if required you can talk to your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.
