#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hello Doc Adults say that my milk is little bit undigestiable to my baby so pls advice what should I include in my diet. Also I am using nipple shield to feed my baby as once he bit it and I have sore and cracked nipples. Sometimes I used to feed him without shield he sucks and bloods comes out from the nipple. Any suggestions ?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please add more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet and also apply mamaearth nipple butter on your cracks nipples.
