#Mamaxpert My second child is 6 months old and elder one 2.5 yrs old ...my problem is sleeplessness. I am not able to sleep before 4am and this has been since my second child. what can I do to resolve this.

A. this may be due to some tension you are taking for that you consult a psychiatrist for same issues and for the sleepless nights you are having . . .
